Founded in Japan in 1941, NANGA's name origins link to the Himalayan mountain Nanga Parbat, notorious amongst mountaineers globally for its dangerous conditions and high levels of difficulty to summit. Collaborating with Subu to create the Aurora winter sandal. From the AW22 collaboration the shoe is made with a breathable AURORA-TEX fabric which is designed to be waterproof so the shoes can be worn outside.
