Using Diligo

Searching and shopping

What is Diligo?
Diligo is a UK fashion discovery platform focused on designer and premium brands. We aggregate live product listings from retailers so you can see prices, sizes, stock and store options in one place, then buy directly from the retailer.
Does Diligo sell products?
No. Diligo is not a retailer. When you choose a product, you buy from the retailer directly.
How do I search for products?
Use the search bar, browse categories, open brand pages or start from curated shopping routes such as dresses, bags, trainers or sale edits.
Why can prices change after I click through?
Retailers update prices and promotions frequently. Diligo refreshes data, but the retailer checkout is always the final source of truth.
How often is the catalogue updated?
Product feeds are refreshed during the day where available. Stock, price and delivery terms should always be checked on the retailer site before payment.

Accounts

Saved items and preferences

Do I need an account?
No. Search and retailer click-through are available without an account. An account lets you keep saved lists, alerts and preferences.
What can I save?
You can save product lists and shopping routes where account features are available.
How do I delete my account?
Use the contact form or email [email protected]. Deletion requests are handled under applicable data protection rules.
Can I change notification preferences?
Yes. Account notification settings and cookie analytics preferences are separate controls.
What happens if I forget my password?
Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page. Diligo will never ask for your password by email.

Orders

Checkout, delivery and returns

Where is my order placed?
Your order is placed with the retailer, not Diligo.
Who sends my receipt?
The retailer sends receipts, dispatch updates and customer service messages.
How do I return an item?
Follow the retailer's returns process. Each retailer has its own return window, fees and conditions.
Can Diligo refund me?
No. Diligo does not process payments and cannot issue refunds.
What should I check before checkout?
Check the retailer domain, final price, delivery cost, delivery date, returns policy and payment method.

Affiliate

Commission and disclosure

How does Diligo make money?
Diligo may earn affiliate commission when a shopper clicks through to a retailer and buys.
Does commission change the price I pay?
No. The price is set by the retailer.
Does commission affect rankings?
Diligo should rank by relevance, price, availability and useful shopping signals, not by commission rate.
Why do I see an outbound disclosure?
The disclosure explains that Diligo may earn commission when you leave for a retailer.
Who are affiliate partners?
Diligo may work with affiliate networks such as Awin and with retailers that participate in those networks.
