Using Diligo
By using Diligo, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to Diligo pages, search results, product listings, retailer links, account features, contact forms, cookie settings and related services.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. We may update the terms from time to time and will change the date on this page when we do.
Who we are
Diligo is a comparison platform, not a retailer.
Diligo is operated by ORIGO BYTE LTD, trading as Diligo. Company number: 16948065.
Diligo helps users compare fashion products, prices, availability, retailers, brands and related shopping routes. Diligo is not a retailer, marketplace seller, payment processor, fulfilment provider or returns handler.
Service boundary
Retailers are responsible for purchases.
When you click through to a retailer, you leave Diligo and enter the retailer website. The retailer's terms, privacy policy, cookie policy and checkout terms apply.
Diligo does not hold stock, take orders, process payments, ship products, manage delivery, accept returns, issue refunds, provide warranties or handle retailer customer service.
Acceptable use
Use Diligo lawfully and fairly.
- Do not misuse the site, systems, contact forms, accounts or data.
- Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or copy content except where allowed by law or by our written permission.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, send malware, impersonate others or submit false messages.
- Do not manipulate clicks, referrals, affiliate attribution, rankings, analytics or security controls.
Listings
Product information can change.
Diligo may display product listings, prices, stock signals, sizes, colours, images, offers, retailer names and related information. This information is provided for comparison and may be incomplete, delayed or out of date.
The retailer website is the source of truth for live price, stock, size, delivery, returns, promotions and checkout terms.
Affiliate links
Diligo may earn commission from some retailer links.
Some outbound retailer links may be affiliate links. If you click through and buy, Diligo may receive commission from the retailer or an affiliate network.
Commission does not make Diligo the seller and does not transfer responsibility for the order away from the retailer. You can read more on our Advertising disclosure page.
Content and messages
Diligo content is protected.
Diligo text, layout, design, graphics, logos, software and other content are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
If you send feedback, suggestions or messages, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. We may use messages for support, security, moderation, audit and internal operations.
Availability and liability
The site is provided with reasonable care.
We do not guarantee that Diligo will always be available, error free or complete, or that retailer information will always match live checkout data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

England and Wales law applies unless legal review says otherwise.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
