Affiliate transparency

Advertising disclosure

Diligo may earn commission when shoppers click through to retailers and buy. This disclosure explains how that relationship works.

Affiliate revenue helps Diligo stay free to use. Disclosure needs to be clear before shoppers leave for a retailer.

Partners

Diligo may work with affiliate networks and retailers.

Affiliate networks connect publishers such as Diligo with retailers. If you click an outbound retailer link and later buy, the retailer or affiliate network may pay Diligo a commission.

Awin is one affiliate network Diligo may use for retailer attribution.

Price

Commission does not change the price you pay.

Retailers set their own prices, delivery charges and promotional terms. The same retailer checkout is used whether a shopper arrived directly or through Diligo.

Note: Always check the retailer checkout before payment. That is the final price and terms source.

Ranking

Commission should not decide search usefulness.

Diligo's shopping routes should prioritise relevance, availability, price and product signals. Commission rate should not be used to make an irrelevant product look useful.

Notice

Outbound journeys include disclosure.

When you leave Diligo for a retailer, a short notice can remind you that Diligo may earn commission. The goal is simple: shoppers should understand the commercial relationship before they click away.
