How Diligo works

Diligo gathers fashion product data, organises it into useful shopping routes and sends shoppers to the retailer when they are ready to buy.

The shopping flow should be clear before a user clicks out. Diligo curates; retailers sell.

Step 1

We aggregate product data from fashion retailers.

Diligo collects product listings from retailer feeds and normalises the details shoppers need: brand, price, colour, size availability, images and store route.

The catalogue is designed around shopping intent, so search, category and brand pages can point shoppers toward the most relevant route quickly.

01

Product feed

Retailer listings enter the catalogue.

02

Normalised data

Prices, stock and attributes become easy to scan.

03

Discovery route

Search, category and brand pages give shoppers a starting point.

Step 2

Prices and stock are refreshed, but checkout is authoritative.

Fashion data changes quickly. Diligo refreshes catalogue data during the day, but a short delay can happen when a retailer changes price, stock or promotion terms.

Before buying, shoppers should always check the retailer page. That page is the final source of truth.

Note: Use Diligo to discover. Use the retailer checkout to confirm the final price, delivery window, returns policy and payment terms.

Step 3

You click out, then shop with the retailer.

When a shopper chooses a retailer link, Diligo may show a brief outbound disclosure. The next page belongs to the retailer or affiliate network route.

Diligo does not process the order, hold inventory, take payment, dispatch goods or manage returns.

  • Receipt and order emails come from the retailer.
  • Returns and refunds follow the retailer's policy.
  • Order support must be requested from the retailer.

Ranking

Search and product routes should be useful before they are commercial.

Results are intended to reflect relevance, product quality signals, price and availability. Commission rate should not decide whether a product is useful to a shopper.

Advertising and affiliate relationships are disclosed so shoppers understand how Diligo can be free to use.
