Chitose Abe’s Sacai and Nike are no stranger to a collaboration, having taken an experimental approach to archival icons many times before. They’re back again with another rework of the Blazer Low, and this time it’s subtle. At least in terms of colour, that is, with hues of grey and white appearing throughout. The same doesn’t apply to the rest, however, with everything doubled — from the exposed foam tongues to the Swooshes — to nod to Abe’s love of the avant-garde.
