ASICS partners with KASSL Editions this season to craft a limited collection of their iconic GEL 1090 sneakers. The partnership is the continuation of the ASICS Crafts for Minds program, with all proceeds from the crafted shoe being donated support the mental health charity, Mind. Editions transforms the model, using its experimental eye and passion for quality to upgrade the Japanese brand’s favoured silhouette. Starting by upgrading the the uppers by adding a puckered, green protective sheath of oil fabric, which is then bonded at the sole with PU.
