Continuing a collaborative partnership, Reebok Reebok have teamed up with Detroit-based creative agency Distinct Life for a new project, dubbed ‘#DistinctViews’, which aims to bring the worlds of sneakers and photography together. The first style from the collaborative series, the GL 6000 Mid, is designed by company founder Rick Williams and takes its inspiration from a popular DSLR camera, while using a mixture of nubuck and ripstop to boast similar details that would be seen on this particular camera. The shoe also features a collage of iconic Detroit architecture shot by Detroit-based renowned photographer, Jeremy Deputat – the first photographer to be used in this inspired series – on both the outsole and sockliner to pay homage to the Motor City.
