Arriving at END. for SS’16, FPAR is the original creation of WTAPS’ founder Tetsu Nishiyama. Beginning life in the early 90s, FPAR – or Forty Percents Against Rights – has a very clear message; to create pieces designed to sabotage the fabricated information regulated by the mass media. The Prospective Windbreaker has been constructed from a lightweight polyester, lined in a soft faux-fur.
