The furore surrounding Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy’s collections has been building steadily since his debut in 2008. Heavily inspired by his youth and the subcultures of 1990s Russia, the AW16 collection has been entitled ‘Save & Survive’. In typically experimental fashion, Rubchinskiy’s Hardcore Embroidered Tee imagines a hybrid design, merging familiar sweatshirt fabrication with a t-shirt silhouette.
