The first new arrival for SS14 here at END, AMI is the brain child of French designer Alexandre Mattiussi. A former student at the Duperré fashion design school in Paris, Mattiussi cut his teeth working for Dior, Givenchy and Marc Jacobs before coming our with his debut collection in 2011. Focusing on ready to wear pieces and easy, honest design, AMI create clothing with nods to classic tailoring, Parisian sophistication and with a sense of authenticity. A bold new aesthetic for an everyday essential piece of luggage, the Tropical Back Pack is constructed from an incredibly durable cotton canvas with the SS14 collections strong tropical print. Kitted out with a zipped front pocket and buckle adjustable straps, its large main compartment is fully lined with striped fabric and it is finished off with an embossed leather patch.
