Gary Aspden and Mike Chetcuti’s adidas SPZL collection has been given an unexpected revamp this season, with the duo looking to vintage football boots as its source of inspiration for these 'core black' Samba Deco sneakers. Retaining the coveted Samba DNA with a hidden twist, the 3-Stripes adorn the sidewalls in lucid lime green - a colour taken from an Austrian-made football boot - as well as dominating the Trefoil stamped heel. Other key features include the debossed tongue, a detail taken from a vintage, West German-made Samba, reviving this iconic design with a touch of history and nostalgia.
